We are seeking experienced professionals in Finance and Financial Services to contribute to a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project in the target language. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review high-quality, real-world financial scenarios that evaluate AI systems in language-specific contexts. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands and performs in language-compliant financial environments.

What You’ll Deliver

Create realistic, domain-specific tasks in the target language reflecting local finance practices
Adapt and apply clear scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses
Review and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality
Provide expert feedback and contribute to high-quality “gold standard” solutions

Qualifications

Native in the target language with strong professional English proficiency
5+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (e.g., structuring, compliance, audit, risk, investment analysis)
Strong knowledge of the target locale financial products and frameworks
Familiarity with the target locale regulatory environments (e.g., central banks, capital market authorities, tax/zakat frameworks)
Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade financial content in target language with high attention to detail

What to Consider Before Applying

Not ideal as a full time job or primary income source. Work availability fluctuates with project demand, making this better suited as a supplemental income stream. As a 1099 contractor, you won't receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement contributions, and hours are not guaranteed.
Requires reliable availability and commitment. Once you accept a task, we expect quality work and on-time delivery. Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week. If your schedule is unpredictable, this may not be the right fit.
Geographic restrictions may apply. We cannot engage contractors in regions subject to international embargo or sanctions. As a 1099 contractor, you are solely responsible for your own tax obligations. We recommend consulting a tax professional before engaging.
