Who We Are, AstroLabs, the Gulf's Leading Business Expansion Platform

AstroLabs is the largest business expansion platform in Saudi Arabia, and the Gulf's leading platform for high-growth companies expanding into the Saudi and UAE markets. We work alongside government entities and private-sector partners to help companies enter, operate, and grow across the region.

Over the last decade, we've enabled more than 1,500 global ventures to set up and grow in the Gulf. Our corporate services support businesses across their journey, including Business Setup, Business Growth services, HR Advisory, Talent, and Tax & Accounting.

Our commercial team sits at the front of that journey. We are looking for a Sales Consultant who can turn market opportunities into new AstroLabs clients, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and close business across our full portfolio of corporate services.

Who You Are, A Hunter Who Closes

You're a commercially driven salesperson who gets energy from winning new business. At the core of your role is a simple mandate: win new logos and close revenue for AstroLabs. You know how to create momentum around an opportunity, understand what matters to a client, position the right solution, navigate objections, and move a deal toward a decision.

You're a hunter, but that doesn't mean you rely exclusively on cold outreach. You can turn opportunities from inbound demand, referrals, partnerships, networking, the AstroLabs community, existing relationships, and your own prospecting into closed business.

What You'll Do, Key Responsibilities

Win New Business

• Own an individual sales target and be accountable for winning new logos and generating revenue

• Build, manage, and convert a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities

• Own opportunities from qualification through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close

• Create commercial momentum, overcome objections, and drive opportunities toward a decision

• Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, targeted outreach, market research, and outbound prospecting

• Convert opportunities generated through AstroLabs' inbound channels, community, ecosystem, and existing network

Sell Across the AstroLabs Portfolio

• Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand a client's business, challenges, growth plans, and priorities

• Recommend and sell solutions across Business Setup, Business Growth services, HR Advisory, Talent, and Tax & Accounting

• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by looking beyond a client's initial request

• Build strong commercial relationships with founders, CEOs, Managing Directors, and functional leaders

• Bring relevant AstroLabs subject-matter experts into the sales process when deeper technical expertise is required

• Develop and present tailored commercial proposals that clearly connect client needs with AstroLabs solutions

Pipeline & Commercial Discipline

• Maintain accurate opportunities, activities, next steps, and forecasts within the CRM

• Maintain clear visibility over your pipeline and proactively address deals that are slowing or at risk

• Provide reliable sales forecasts and reporting against individual commercial targets

• Continuously develop your knowledge of AstroLabs' services, target clients, market dynamics, and competitive landscape

Close & Handover

• Own the commercial relationship through to signed agreement and closed business

• Ensure a structured handover of every closed account to the relevant Operations or service delivery team, Finance, and other stakeholders

• Clearly communicate the agreed scope, commercial terms, client expectations, timelines, and commitments made during the sales process

• Remain available during the transition to provide commercial context and resolve ambiguity, while delivery ownership moves to the relevant team

What You Bring, Skills & Experience

• A strong track record of personally winning new logos and closing B2B deals

• Demonstrable experience owning opportunities from qualification through negotiation and close

• A history of meeting or exceeding individual revenue or sales targets

• Strong hunter mentality, with the drive and resilience to actively pursue opportunities and create momentum when deals stall

• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover needs and translate them into relevant commercial solutions

• Experience selling multiple services, solutions, or complex B2B offerings

• Confidence selling to senior stakeholders, including founders, CEOs, Managing Directors, and functional leaders

• Strong negotiation and closing skills, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and forecasting capabilities

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Your Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant B2B sales, business development, or commercial experience

• Experience selling corporate services, professional services, business setup, HR services, recruitment, accounting, tax, or related B2B solutions is highly advantageous

• Experience selling across multiple service lines or identifying cross-sell opportunities is a strong plus

• Experience selling within the UAE or wider GCC market is preferred

• Additional languages are a plus

Why Join AstroLabs?

This is an opportunity to sell more than a single product or service. You'll represent AstroLabs' full corporate services platform and work with businesses at different stages of their journey, from entering the Gulf to building and scaling their operations.

You'll have multiple routes to market, including the AstroLabs ecosystem, inbound demand, partnerships, referrals, community relationships, and your own business development efforts, but one clear measure of success: turning opportunities into new clients and revenue.

For someone who enjoys hunting, closing, and building commercial relationships, this is an opportunity to own meaningful revenue while developing the ability to sell an increasingly broad portfolio of business solutions.
